Origami Box - Flying Unicorn Creative Team

Hi Everyone,

Bex here with you all today to share with you all a folded origami box. I recently held a family craft day at my home where my Auntie taught us how to make these fun little boxes. Now when I say fun I mean fiddly, fiddly little fun boxes. They are so stunning and so very effective, to master these creations though you will need patience, however what you will not need is a lot of product. These boxes are held together with paper and paper only, I decided to further embellish the top with fabulous Flying Unicorn Adornments. To create a box like this you will need 16 sheets of square paper, I chose to use 8 sheets from the Prima Time Traveler's Collection and 8 sheets of plain white which I inked with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. So from one small 6 x 6 you could create 6 of these stunning boxes (if you chose to have a plain white inked bottom). A relatively cheap and stunning project to make!!. Here is a link to a YouTube Instructional Video.

I decided mine little a little something extra and added some beautiful Flying Unicorn Adornments which were hand painted with Silks and Lumiere Paints. The edges of my box were also inked with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.

Products Required

Many thanks for looking, I wish you all a very happy and creative day.
